Dear Wallies,
I have always wondered if I was setting my electrodes correctly. Mine are rounded on the tips and so I'm not sure where they actually fire. In the center, at the closest point to each other? When they are pointed there really isn't any problem as I'm sure they must fire at the points. I always wonder if I'm measuring from the right referrence point. Thanks in advance. Live/Learn

Z-guage
Get yourself a Beckett Z-guage. Nice little tool that does it all. If your points are rounded I'd replace them tho.

BTW, just for a point of reference and conversation you always go by the OEM settings FIRST, then adjust from there.
Be careful too that the electrodes are as the OEM wants them. Some are in fact rounded and the infamous 'ram's horn' electrodes on C/I equipment are made that way for a reason, FACT!0
