in THE MAIN WALL
I'm looking to provide my service guys with a professional residential boiler inspection report sheet. Is there anyone out there that uses such a report? I wounder if I could see some examples. Thanks, Rick

    i have one i made for an outfit i worked with about 23 -24 yrs

    ago somewhere ...its just not handy .it was put together on multiple levels, one for the owner of the premises one for the service tech , one for the company and one for me ,so i could tell what was going on...at sometime in the near future i may be able to find it again....a much more simple list would be the combustion test and visual and cleaning ...also the cleaning and location of the t stats...and any recommendations ..or safety issues... when i have some time i will see if i can find it...
