WE HAVE BEEN SELLING RB24 MCD & M LWCO WITH RESIDENTIAL HW BOILERS. NOW - SPORADICALLY- WE ARE GETTING TRANSFORMER FAILURES. LOOKING FOR SOLUTION

i use the rb32, i ground it with...
a bell clamp - i yank off the bell of i dont need it as in the attached pic, - a hose clamp will do fine too
you need to polish the area like you would for soldering, and use anti corosion grease - to make sure oxegen doesnt create an insulatin oxide layer - the hydrolevel 1100 has the other electrode buit into the head
also the most you should be swithing with these things is a relay - dont use it to switch the 24v supply to the system0
