Noise from duct

I hear one thumping sound from the duct right about when the heating furnance blower is ready to shut down.
Any idea what this noise. Someone told me it maybe due to the vent contracing and expanding and it is normal.

Is this a 90 plus furnace if so could be that the vent has a little water in it that is dripping back. In which case it is normal.0 -
