Anyone having problems with this application ,with a riello BF5. I have two that smoke up even after being set up as per the specs.

I have....
had a couple of problems...I use the Carlin version. The only problem was when it was VERY cold and the intake air was so cold that the oil was not properly atomizing.I changed the position of the air intake VRV..but the temps have not been quite as cold. The specs they give you are a starting point. Call joe@ Buderus or someone at Riello to see if those specs have changed...they have changed with the Carlin they want a wider spray pattern...kpc
