Trying to figure out the best way to pipe 2 Burnham Revolutions to heat 4 Hydro paks 2 bb loops and an indirect.
I can split the load evenly and make them independant boilers, or I can pipe them together as primary/secondary.
My question is how? The Rev. aldeady has a recirc loop as part of the package. I thimk the best way is to tie them together and use a Tekmar control. I can't find a schematic to do this. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you sure
it has a circ pump or are you looking at the VS injection pump under the hood? Been a few years since I used a Rev, but I piped it into a primary loop like any other boiler.
Why a Rev if you need high temperatures like that? A regular sealed combustion Burnham would be fine if you are P/S looping them? Seems like you are paying for a boiler protection system you don't really need.

Revolution
Ernie--The Burnham revolutions built in piping is primary/secondary with the temperature of the blended water determining the flow from the variable speed BOILER circulator as HR said. Flow thru boiler increases with temperture which slows temperature rise. Like HR I have to question if this is the best boiler for your purpose ?.
DHW/2 Baseboard ckts and a couple of water coils seems like a little over kill. Best Wishes J.Lockard0
