Oil Relay with alarm contacts???

Had a fellow call tonight that had a huge mess....the oil burner went out on reset and the upstairs shower valve froze.
Had a central alarm, but it didn't go off. Can I get a relay with alarm contacts that I can hook to the central alarm system to call him when the burner goes out on reset????

The Honeywell R7184U has alarm contacts that can be wired into a visible or audible alarm as well as a phone dialer. Hope this helps. Here is a link to their tech site .pdf file on this control.
