On the one hand, this fire chief said that 9 ppm was on the upper end of a "normal level" of CO gas, yet at the end he said that a good CO detector is available for around $50. Call me stupid but what $50 detector is going to alarm at 9 ppm?

    and elsewhere still have no clue.

    We're waiting for more 9/11 money. Some of it just came through and is being used on codes first. I don't set the priorities.
