what do others find more efficient ?
option 1 -store 40 gallons at 180 and temper down to 120 after tank and befor fixture
or
option 2- store at 120 and temper between the tankless coil in the boiler and the storage tank

Well theT&P will release at 210* and with tank stacking you may get a release. The hotter the storage the more the loss at standby.....Less effcient way
The second option looks like a aqua booster. Drawing from both coil and tank at the same time is one method. Running it through the coil -tank on a draw is another......... Difference is pressure or self service.0
