How do I find a steam leak that I can't see?

I have a steam leak in a building. I'm assuming this becuase of the high humidity in the air. I've checked all the piping that's exposed and can't find it. Should I isolate and fill the system with water?

That would work
but have a couple of helpers with you to spot the leak, and be prepared to instantly dump the water out when you find it!
