Just saw this today. I'm proposing radiant heat in the addition, den area.
When I mentioned that this piping arangement is not optimal and that the system could get air in it, they said, "yes, It does every year."
Can you guess what I told them next?
BTW the boiler is a year or two old, so no, I didnt say replace the boiler.
