Who makes malleable iron fittings that have a pressure rating on them? 150..300 etc.,

For Class 150, I haven't seen the "150" on anything but unions for a long time. All of the Class 300 stuff we buy has "300" on them. The numbers are the maximum steam (saturated, not superheated) pressure that these fittings are good for. For "cold" services, like compressed air, they're good for a lot more. For some services, like boiler external piping (high pressure boilers), malleable fittings may not be allowed, even though they'd seem to be OK for the service. Some applications only permit steel fittings. This stuff won't apply to residential boilers, though.0
