in THE MAIN WALL
We have a customer that installed a NTI T-150 in his mountain hide-a-way and he would like to keep some parts on hand in case there is a problem with his boiler. It's been installed for 6 months and is running like a watch, he just wants to have insurance laying around since the nearest parts house is 150 miles away. Is there anyone installing these boilers that could recommend what would/could be needed? We've sold several of the T-150 and T-200 boilers and have not had one problem.

    I have installed a few myself the only problem I ran into was a wet flame rod.(due to a blocked cond.drain) While the book says to replace it, the factory Rep. "Clifford" had me remove it and clean it off w/ a dollar bill.It's been working flawlessly. The Only parts that might be a problem is the sentry controller IF it ever goes bad. however it's not something very cheap that I would like hanging on the shelf, collecting dust "just in case' If you want to e-mail me I can give you Clifford's # and he would be more than happy to tell you what to carry..(nothing):) particular that I can think of.

    We keep....

    ....a spare ignitor and flame sensor on the shelf. I have only installed two of these boilers so far, both of them are approaching their first birthdays, and so far no problems.

    The electronic board has been the main problem I have had. Replaced about 3 of them. Had one bad fan pressure switch. No blower failures or ignitor failures.
