Inspection of in-floor heating system

I am looking for a qualified contractor in the Minneapolis -St. Paul, Minnesota area who is willing to inspect an existing in-floor heating system (Wirsbo) and then provide input on what, if any, defects exist and if defects are found to exist, on what the appropriate remedy is.
