Cleaver Brooks, duel fuel boiler, an unreal deal

You are not going to believe this thread. But I do the HVAC at the St. Lawerence Psych Center in Ogdensburg, NY.
We have a package Cleaver Brooks, Model DL-76, 65,000 lbs/hr. boiler MAWP 200 psig, With a dual fuel burner (#2/NG)a Coen Company, Model 450, FYR-Compak, 77,400,000 BTU/HR Input, 480 Volt AC, 3ph. This boiler was purchased new and run for 2 years while the main Power house was upgraded and the asbestos was removed. There was two boilers and one was sold for a dollar to Sthite Energy who supplies our steam now. No-one wants this boiler because of the size. The Psych.Center would like to get it out of the building. They will take any reasonable offer ($ 1.00 +) for it. But don't tell them I said that.
