Hoffman main vent stuck closed

I recently replaced my main vents with Hoffman 75's, One main vents quickly(within 2 minutes) and the vent pops shut when the steam reaches. The second main is much slower (10 minutes) and I do not feel any air venting from the main vent. Also it does not pop like the other when the steam reaches it. I think it is stuck in the closed position. It is only a month old, what do I do? The first main is 40 ft long the second is 50 ft both 2.5 inch pipe.

Boil it in vinegar
and see if that helps. If not, take it back and exchange it.
