crimp ring removal tool

does anyone know where i can get a crimp ring removal tool?i bought one a few years back called "the ring buster",it is basically a minature bolt cutter with some modifications done to it ,worked great for years...broke it the other day ,cant seem to repair it or remember where on the internet that i purchased it.any help is greatly appreciated.
