Commercial Water treatment

need a company to advise them on steam or closed loop systems that need water treatment. I am thinking of chillers, cooling towers and boiler systems. We are exploring this idea so that contractors could look into handling small systems. We do this daily with manufacturing situations and commercial or miniciple systems. We have the experience and I was wondering if there is a need to backstop some contractors that need a place to get straight answers to these kind of problems.
