I'm trying to find out the BTU capacity for a Pacific Steel Model C240-G-E boiler The burner # on the unit is J373716. Any help or direction on this matter would be welcome. Thank you. Craig Kenworthy.

Can't find a C240, but it might be
a G250? Is it front outlet gas? If yes, it's good for 30,360 sq./ft. of steam and 48,570 sq./ft. of water.0 -
The C240-G-E
is not a boiler number. That's the Model Number for an Iron Fireman Gas Burner w/ an input rating of 1,000 to 1,700 mbh.
The Pacific Boiler Catalog Number is on a steel plate affixed to the flue door, on those boilers w/ the external side circulators which join the steam drum to the water legs. If it is one of the newer square boilers (they teamed w/ National), look on the flue door, or for a plate under the firebox door. Or where the door used to be.
