Has anyone ever used this company for purchasing replacment units for older Singer, Remington units? We have tried using two of their units and it has been a disaster with nothing being correct , lack of the right parts and lack of communication. The units wouldn't fit the existing holes as they were supposed to, the list just goes on and on, just wondering if anyone else ever had to deal with this company or anyone like them?
