Have an older lennox heat pump thermostat. The low voltage wires on the subase are all the same color black. Does anyone have a wiring diagram. The terminals have x,vr,b,f,m,e and L. The condenser is located on top of the roof. I was going to trace out each wire to see what was going where. It will same me a lot of time if anyone has any info on it. I know the f is fan, the x is common the e is emergency second stage heat stripes. The other terminals are in question. I think the m is powering the contactor. The b is the reversing valve, VR is power and L is hot for the light on the thermostat.
Thanks
Anthony

Check out this link from Honeywell
http://hbctechlit.honeywell.com/techlit/PDF/70-0000s/70-6627.pdf
This is a PDF file of Honeywells Heat Pump Thermostat cross reference book. There are lots of wiring diagrams in there for converting Lennox T-stats to Honeywells. I'm sure there will be a diagram for you stat.
This is a PDF file so you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open it. Also, it is 124 pages long so it will take a few minutes to download.
Hope it helps. Glenn.0 -
there should be a wiring diagram inside the blower compartment. this will easily allow you to figure out the wiring. they will go to a board in there and terminals should match.0
