I have a one pipe system in an old farm house.I am putting on an addition and would like to use wall panels to heat this area. I would like to run PEX tubing to these panels from my boiler output. How would I connect this system to my existing system? I have a single output pipe going to a flow control valve.

If it is one pipe monoflow hot water, build a separate zone before the flow control valve.
Don't disturb the current zone, without refiguring the flow characteristics and the pump size.
Use a pump on the new zone, rather than zone valves. That way the flow in the original zone will still work the same.
