    About a manager who was taking his whole crew to the Buderus open house today. I was deciding on who to take and who to leave and this seemed like a good solution. Take Em All !

    We shut down around 10:30 today and pile into a rented passenger van. German Beer and food and an Oompa Band. Oh ya, tours of the factory also. I've told the guys to try and see at least one thing new. The new boiler room is worth the trip alone.

    Should be a fun time and a good moral boost for the crew.

    Anybody who's going look for the guys with the big white M on the shirts. We'll be the ones in the beer line :).
