Mixing Valves

One of my custmers has 6 Holby mixing Valves in a green house.I am replacing 1-2 of them every year. He sends them back and they rebuild them.I got to thinking the other day these things should last a lot longer than this. The hot water is coming from a gas Water heater set about 130, the mixed water is used at 70. So there is no real extremes. Could somone recomend amixing valve that we don''t have to replace so often?

It is recommended to install a heat trap ,before the valve on the hot supply .This would prevent the mix valve from being saturated in constant "hot" water. Thus lasting longer....0 -
You should check
that the valves are piped per the manufacturers recommendations. It can be critical to the operation of most mixing valves. I am not familiar with the make you mention but no manufacturer makes a valve to fail.0
