Tankless water heaters

I'm looking at a job which will consist of two studio/loft apts, located on the second floor of a commercial building.
The architect is interested in using 2 tankless instantaneous water heaters, there is natural gas available at this building so he was thinking along the lines of an Aquastar by Bosch. Can anyone give me some feedback on these units? He is open to other brands and is a firm believer in quality and efficiency. He came to me asking for a Buderus with outdoor reset for his own house, its great to work with this type of customer. Thanks, Todd

Check out the Rinnai Continuum! We have had great luck with them and you can not purchase them @ the big orange box! Which is always a plus.

Tankless options

Thanks Jamie, I wasn't aware that the bosch was available at homey. I saw it at RE Mich's. I will mention that and it will be a good enough reason NOT to use it. Do you have a website for Rinnai?
