    I NEED TO FIND OUT WHAT BTU'S YOU CAN GET OFF OF 2" STEEL PIPE USING STEAM?

    One of the most useful 111 pages of reading material you'll ever lay your hands on, as far as hydronic heating goes anyway.

    Given an ambient temp of 70*F and a pipe temp of 210*, bare 2" is good for 212 btu's per ft. At a temp of 240* that goes up to 275 btu's. Your actual output will vary based on what steam pressure/temperature you are dealing with.
