Wetstock 2003 Vendor Table

in THE MAIN WALL
While at Wetstock "03" in Denver, I saw some neat products on a table in the left corner of the room. I had some information on an Oil Filter with a return loop on it. I cannot remember the name of it or the Vendor who was at that table. Can anyone help me out on this. I have tried locally to find filters like that one with no results.
