I am meeting a salesman today that sells Heatlink radiant products. I have used Wirsbo since day one - & would appreciate comments from folks that have some hands on experience. I've looked at them at various trade shows - is the cost difference worth the switch??? I'm not unhappy with Wirsbo - but some customers who like to be hands on - do their homework - and often ask about heatlink. Thanks

I had the heatlink salesman come to my shop, I really liked the product. The only problem was avaliblity. It would take about a week to get. Wirsbo on the other had is readily avalible at 2 local supply houses. I do have a customer who has had heatlink for about 8+ years and we haven't had any problems.

Heatlink
I use heatlink, and aqualink, all the time. The one time I had a problem, they stood behind their product 100%. I'm very satisfied w/ them.0 -
Heatlink
I have been a Wirsbo guy for about 8 years.A good friend of mine became the area Heatlink rep about 2 years ago.I find that Heatlink has great people in the trenches ,definitly better than Wirsbo does.I'm still a Wirsbo guy but if I was to change I'd go to Heatlink before any other company.

Thanks
I've been chatting with a few of the Viessmann fellows in Vanouver as well - similar comments - almost all favourable to both products - depends on local wholesaler and service.
Thanks
