Radiant Heating Coil out of Material? In a tank of water?

Hello:

I would like to make a coil out of radiant tubing, in a tank of water. How do calculate the heat transfer rate of different types of material.

1. Stainless Steel
2. Copper
3. Pex Tubing
4. Black Sch 40 Steel

    I have a couple

    and I wouldn't mind having one for PEX as well. PEX isn't as good of a conductor as metal though. Air isn't either. Water is about 10 times more conductive.
