Personally I would go right to the tubing manufacturer on this one. What about all the possible movement?

    Snow melt and Stone driveways

    I have a homeowner who wants to get some infomation on a snowmelt system. He has a stone driveway, and wants to keep it like that. He said he will arrange for any dirt/stone moving that needs to be done. My question is, what would happen with run off, I would think this would be a much different issue here, than with concrete or asphalt. Would I do the design like I had a high water table, as I would think the ground would be soaked after just a fairly light snow fall. Is doing something like this just too impractical?
