I have one Modal 84 and I'm looking to get in contact with the Manufacturer. I don't know if the company is still around or if its changed its name.

Sounds like

you have an 84,000 btu Ford warm air furnace. Ford is dead.

However, the burner was a Carlin. Try them @ 1-800-989-2275.
