Phase 3 water heater temp. problems

Ive got a Phase3 water maker tank that when its not used for a long time its not possible to draw off any hot water, but after an hour or so it runs normally, any suggestions? Bill

  Bill, they had thermostat problems a while back, I'm sure one of the other Guys may have more details on it. I did fix a couple with the same problem.
