ceiling radiator replacement

I am looking to replace a steam heated, ceiling mounted radiator in a residential garage.It is aproximatley 29" x 54" x 1 column that lays flat in the ceiling. It has a small pin hole leak. Is it possible to put some type of apoxy to repair it? I look foward to any suggestions from someone. Thanks for the help.
