Need help finding boiler

in THE MAIN WALL
I need to heat an insulated space about 17 by 20 hydronically with nat. gas. The unit must be installed within the space and be side wall vented. I dont want to spend a fortune on some over engeneered (expensive) wall hung unit. I was wondering if anyone knows of something I can install which is priced about the same or less than a very small cast iron boiler.

    How many windows? Thier size? How are they paned? Doors,how many? Walls exposed? how many? How tall is the ceiling? Is it heated above? Below? What could be the coldest day? Indirect water heater? Base board?

    I have a heat loss of 22,478 with out knowing glass and doors, etc.
