Radiant celing idea, commercial

in THE MAIN WALL
for an exisiting building. Four other bays have radiant in the floor. This bay was for RV storage (unheated) and is being turned into a paint booth.

Over pouring the floor was out of the question. I thought I would try Thermo fin with copper tube in them to turn the entire metal ceiling into a panel radiator. There is 12" of insulation above the metal panels.

I'll use constant circ and outdoor reset to minimize expansion problem.

The owner understands this is an experimental application and we are trading out paint work for radiant upgrades :)
