That's a lot of monoflo tees. Those things work by creating a pressure drop. Add up the pressure drop of 60 tees and you got a humongous pressure drop. Gonna need a big pump. No, I can't tell you how big: that's a complicated caluculation and I never have been able to get good tech information on monoflows. Once had a "curve" for B&G monoflows: hardly a curve, more like a straight line; straight up.

monoflo
I am working on a project in which I have to install about 30 radiators. As I am feeding them down from the main in the ceiling I would need 60 tees. Obviously it will save me a lot of money to do a single pipe monoflo type system although I will have to size a larger circulator. Would this be a problem? Eb0 -
Another idea Ed
You could use PAP and several strategically located manifolds to run a seperate S&R to the rads. That way the radiators could be sized for the load less the temperature drop on a one pipe system.Harmony and balance. You could even suggest TRV's and constant circ;)
