Great deal on slightly used rooftop equipment

    under slab heating system went bad? what's up with that ?

    Not exactly....

    The heating system is baseboard. Only the piping TO the baseboard went bad. Don't know why. We're getting wet spots in the slab floor indicating that two of the heating zone circuits are bad.
