TDC

is a Sparco air purger with a unistrut band around it to fasten it to the wall. The 1/2 Weil pex goes down to the floor mount expansion tank.

How did you get the primary pipe circle perfect? Only thing I can think of is you may have cut a circular piece of plywood to use as a jig to bend k-copper around....

A really cheap trick!

It is just 1 loop off a coil of 1-1/4" K copper coil

I customizied some angle pump flanges using the new Blockade solder from JW Harris.
