Electric Tankless Water Heaters

in THE MAIN WALL
I am looking to decide on a size/type of a point of use, electric tankless water heater (low cost)for a small, heated cottage which will have a shower, sink and toliet...not high use situation. What flow rate/capacity is best here? Are there any good articles out there to help? Many thanks!
