I needed to experiment posting photos, so I thought I'd try these. Wayco Wayne deserves the credit for posting the basic design some time ago - I just played with it. It's loaded with 1/2 aquapex on top, 3/4 below. In this load, I have them spooling off in opposite directions. Worked pretty well and it cost less than $20 to build, plus scraps I had laying around.

looks
good but doesn't the tube fall off as it unloops and the coil spreads? maybe a couple of 1/2" copper tubes to hold the tube on? Nice work,Dave0 -

A fellow wallie sent me the original design. His name is lost to me in the great hard drive crash of 1999.0 -
Surprisingly not
I planned to use more casters like Wayne but the local orange box only had 3 1&1/2" casters in stock. It worked ok. I think the idea of supports to direct the tube coming off is a good one. Also, I would probably make the diameter a bit bigger (34" now) for 1000' coils
