Hot Water Loop off of a steam boiler

In the past when installing a hot water loop on the supply side to the loop we install inline, a ball valve,boiler drain,bypass tee,aquastat,and pump.one of our tech's has proposed to install the bypass tee after the aquastat but before the pump.This will eliminate the chance of too cool water coming to the aquastat and calling for more heat in turn putting the boiler into the steam mode and overheating the house.Does anyone see a downside to putting the bypass tee after the aquastat?

    I suspect that the Tech is correct. Brainstorming here. Call for heat places the pump to circulating, and powers the aquastat. Aqua stat asks boiler to provide 180*F water(or whatever temp). On a call for heat from other "Steam" pressure control overides the lower aquastat. Seems ok to me. DHw could be paralled to these two also. Note!
    overideing all would be hi-limit temp and pressure total shutdown control. jmbstorming bigugh
