in Oil Heating
working on a family members old Slantfin liberty 30-pt boiler with Beckett afg and it calls for an F4S head. Can I use an F4 head? What does the S stand for? I’m new to oil and never seen one nor can I find one.
Thank you guys!

Page 61 for Slant Fin. They do make an F4S head. IDK the "s" may be heat shield. I am not up to speed on this anymore.

Probably has the ceramic disk on it. But if you are new to oil, what makes you think you should be working on it?
