Hi guys, I am looking for a nameplate for an AO Smith Burkay indirect water heater that looks like this:

Does anyone have one that isn't in too bad a shape they'd be willing to sell? I am willing to pay+shipping.

Maybe find a burkay in the scrap yard. We used to see them in schools mostly, but I think the chances of finding one is on the slim side.
