My local contractor no longer employs the individual that was familiar with my boiler and they don't have anyone else qualified to work on it. The new company this individual went to work for says they are booked out months and can not help me.

I HAVE NO HOT WATER. IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE THAT WILL TAKE A RIDE TO BECKET AND HELP ME? My number is 413-246-6730

I'm in Cummington. I've installed a number of these and serviced the same BUT it's been a few years. Have you tried to restart it buy pressing the rest button?

The best response may be to ditch the blue flame and put 'regular (spec'd by Buderus) burner that mostly anyone can work on it.
But where you are there are still plenty of competent techs up there that can work on them.
When someone tells you "they are booked out for months", they don't want your business, nor should they get it.

I agree with Mike here. The best course of action if at all possible is to put a more common burner on that 125. Though the bleu flame is an excellent burner they do pose some problems. specifically familiarity and parts.
