Buderus 6 720 642 623 assembly tool

Hello all,

Does anyone have a need for a Buderus Assembly tool for the G315, G515 and G615 boilers.

We used to do a lot of them, but since Buderus is not making the boilers anymore we haven't used it in years.

    I wonder if I should get this for my great grandson for when he needs to take them G615s apart in 50 years to replace them with new nuclear or hydrogen power boilers.

    After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

    We did a bunch of them 10-15 years ago. Buderus used to ship the sections to our shop, and we would assemble boilers for them to be shipped to their jobs in 1 piece. We always hydro them after assembly and before shipping to COA.

    I didn't know they stopped making them. That tool was pretty expensive.

    I believe the only cast iron boiler Bosch is allowing to be sold here in the US is the G115…. Parts for many of the Cast iron boilers are hard to get. (thinking fan assemblies for the g124.)

    This is too bad. They were great boiler.
