Honeywell 3 way valve

has anyone worked on 1/2” and 3/4” Honeywell valves with the insert in them? Is there a way to remove the insert, without destroying the valve? Is there a tool to get them out?

    Somebody put the insert into the body, so it must be removable. However limescale can often jam the parts so that removal sometimes involves breaking piece.

    If you can find a part number look up the exploded view online.
