Taco 007e failed

hello. Ilwas my Taco007e installation done incorrectly which could have contributed to the failure. The manual says to install at the 9oclick position.

    A) Are you sure it failed?
    B) It’s installed in an acceptable manner.

    Could be air bound

    I Believe these are two different things. Your motor or maybe more specifically the motor's shaft is horizontal.

    The 9 o'clock is for best viewing orientation of the Junction box.

    there seems to be some issues with the molex plugs failing, check that, and return gor the upgraded version

    That's the correct way to install a 007e on an Energy Kinetics boiler. I believe they come from the factory in that position. Every EK-1F I have worked on has the circulator installed in an identical location.
