    According to the eBay listing, 1932.

    I'm not sure if there's a copy of that in the help center, once I get it in the mail, I can take some pictures of it and email it to you Larry.

    there is a catalog form during wwii in the library here and a catalog from somewhere in the 30's on archive.org. i have not seen an installation/design manual before.
