Water Leg 2 pipe pumped return

hey guys. Customer of mine has a 2 pipe steam system pumped return. They had issues with a lot of steam blowing out of the condensation pumps receiver vent. We are replacing all (60) radiator traps and (6) f&t’s next week. They have been running the system at around 5-7psi for years now. I believe they have multiple water legs from various returns to the receiver that are filling with water and not allowing air to escape with low pressure. The receiver vent is the only air vent.
They are all similar to the drawing. Can we just add some gorton #2s or big mouths on the air line jumper that goes around the doors? Or we have to fix the water leg before condensation pump? There are no radiators after the doors.
