I am having a hard time finding any information on this commercial burner. I’m pretty confident it’s a conversion burner, having intermittent flame failures after cleaning and service. Did not adjust or change electrodes. Also found a manual online could not verify if it was giving me the correct information for electrode/ flame rod adjustment. Today, I ended up changing electrode and flame rod. Boiler fired consistently I am just looking for a pertinent manual or any info at all on these burners.

    This is the only thing I found with that Riello model number. The manual for the heater says to reference the burner manual for setup. Maybe contact Cantherm Distributors.

    Cleaning of flame rod and setting the proper O2 would be the first repair of burner dropping out ..
